Björn Persson
LUCCIOLA has entrusted the implementation team in Spain to Björn Persson, an experienced site manager and investor with references from PV projects in the USA, Romania, Czech Republic, Bulgaria and in Spain. Björn, as a Spanish resident, is responsible for project preparation, managing a team of experienced Spanish project engineers and preparing projects to the building permit stage for implementation by the general contractor. Bjorn is the CEO of all implementing SPVs and the contact person for suppliers and banks in Spain.

Josef Kotrba
Josef graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business and earned his Ph.D. in economics at the University of Pittsburgh. He worked as a lecturer, researcher and deputy director at the Center for Economic Research and Graduate Education (CERGE) at Charles University in Prague. In addition, he held a number of non-executive positions, e.g. in the national telco operator (later acquired by Telefonica) and in the banking and steel industries. He was responsible for investment banking at Česká spořitelna, the country’s largest bank. Between 1999 and 2022 he worked with Deloitte, in the later years as the Office Managing Partner and Chairman of Deloitte in the Czech Republic. During his tenure he led a number of projects, including sell- and buy-side consulting, within the solar and renewable energy sector with a total volume of over 300 MWp in solar and wind energy output. He also led studies commissioned by both the government and private sector, as well as valuations. As a private investor, Josef supports modern energy and energy savings projects. He has also invested in a number of hydro-power plants. Josef is a recognized mentor in the energy sector and a top advisor sought by both the private and public sectors.
Petr Marek
Petr Marek graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of Brno University of Technology. He is the founder of
plaan czech s.r.o., one of central Europe’s leading design, engineering and contractor companies in the field of electrical installations (medium voltage, low voltage, building management systems and instrumental systems, extra-low voltage). He has participated in the development of photovoltaic projects with a rated output exceeding 500 MWp, in particular in the CZ, SK, BG, RO and ES, and in the construction of more than 150 MWp in EPC projects. He is the co-owner of photovoltaic power plants with a rated power output exceeding 25MWp. As an investor, Petr also participates in numerous other projects, including projects outside the energy industry.
Kateřina Sedláčková
Kateřina graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University, Prague. Following extensive legal training, she obtained an independent license to practice law and founded, and has been since managing, her own law firm
DKS LEGAL. She specializes, a. o., in regional and European legislation. She advises government authorities (ministries), the Czech Photovoltaic Association and, in particular, private investors on the preparation, designing, financing, construction and operation of all types of power plants, including renewable electricity power plants. Kateřina draws on her rich experience in purchasing and selling energy projects in all stages of implementation, including completed power plants. She assisted with the implementation of power plant projects with a rated energy output exceeding 3,000 MWp, and manages and administers energy assets in the value exceeding 25 mil. euros for her clients. She is the co-owner of photovoltaic power plants with a rated power output of more than 16 MWp, and as an investor she crosses over to other areas outside the energy sector as well.
Petra Sobotková
Petra graduated from the Open University, Milton Keynes. Her first position was with the KPN N.V. team establishing a new strategic client division in Czech Telecom. She was responsible for projects such as the Y2K transition of the Czech National Bank, as well as the setting up of a new generation bank clearing communication platform. Subsequently, she was a member of the management team of Alcatel Czech responsible for multinational business development, including international contracts. In 2012, Petra accepted a new challenge in the area of private banking and joined J&T Bank, the most successful private bank on the Czech and Slovak markets. J&T Bank primarily focuses on private equity and multinational investments. Petra achieved the highest level of ZPKT and EFA certification for financial advisors accredited by the Czech National Bank. As the manager of the bank’s private banking department, Petra leads a team of private bankers and is responsible for her clients’ portfolios worth tens of millions of euros. Her main tasks, which are considered the key to long-term success, include designing long-term investment strategies to protect her clients' assets and increase the asset value, and personal administration. Petra’s main focus over the past few years has been investing in several industries, including the energy sector.
